Our approach

This website is designed to process as little personal data as possible. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no content from third-party servers. Our typefaces are stored on our own server. The site makes no connection to Google Fonts or any other content delivery network (CDN). Your browser stores your choice of light or dark display locally; it is not sent to us.

Server log files

When you open these pages, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser sends: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of the request and IP address. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in running the website without technical faults. We do not combine this data with other data sources.

Hosting

The website and our email mailboxes are hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes the log data described above and our email on our behalf. We have a data processing agreement with IONOS under Article 28 GDPR. The data is processed in data centres in the European Union and is not transferred to third countries.

Contact form and email

If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we use your details only to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken before a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless a statutory retention period requires us to keep it. The contact form collects your name, email address, optionally your organisation, and your message. It sends these to us by email and does not store them on the web server. Providing them is voluntary, but without a name, an email address and a message we cannot answer your enquiry.

The map

The map is served entirely from this website. It loads no map tiles and no third-party scripts, and it sends no data to external services. Your choice of layers is not stored.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact the controller named above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the data protection commissioner of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW) in Düsseldorf.

Right to object under Article 21 GDPR. Where we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds. A short message to info@dolivopartners.com is enough.

Changes

We update this notice whenever the website's functions change. The version published here at any given time applies.
